Description: Lexington Lawn & Landscape is looking for individuals to fill Maintenance and Landscape Crew positions. You must be enthusiastic, have positive attitude and be dependable. You will assist Crew Leaders in daily activities. This is an entry level position for individuals looking to turn a job into a career.

Compensation:

 

  • Full-Time / Part-Time
  • $9.00 – $12.00/Hour

Responsibilities:

 

  • Use lawn maintenance and landscape tools and equipment
  • Ensure efficiency and client standards are attained
  • Adhere to safety standards at all times
  • Must be able to handle the physical demands of the job including varying weather conditions
  • Complete required production forms
  • Service maintenance and landscape equipment

 

Requirements:

 

  • High School Degree or GED
  • Previous experience is helpful
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Strong oral/written communication skills
  • Speaking Spanish is helpful, but not required

 

Description: Lexington Lawn & Landscape is seeking experienced landscape Crew Leaders who are detailed and inspire their crew. You possess a positive attitude and achieve results by motivation and effective communication.

Compensation:

 

  • Full-Time
  • $14.00 – $18.00/Hour

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage crew members, trucks, equipment and materials
  • Use landscaping tools and operate heavy equipment as needed
  • Ensure efficiency, site inspections and client standards are attained
  • Safely drive crew to and from jobs
  • Provide hands on leadership and team member training
  • Must be able to handle the physical demands of the job including varying weather conditions
  • Manage schedules and complete required production forms
  • Service landscape equipment

 

Requirements:

 

  • High School Degree or GED
  • 1 year experience in landscape construction
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Strong oral/written communication skills, planning/organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of standard horticultural practices
  • Speaking Spanish is helpful, but not required
  • Pass a Drug and Background check
